At ISA REALTOR, operated by Lead Lynx LLC, we provide Inside Sales Agent (ISA) services specifically designed for real estate professionals. Our CRM platform is offered at no cost as part of our service package. Please review our refund policy below before subscribing.

Service Overview

• ISA Services – $150/month (Non-Refundable)
  This monthly fee grants clients access to our trained Inside Sales Agents who will call your uploaded leads and attempt to schedule appointments on your behalf.
• Free CRM Access
  Our full-featured CRM—covering contacts, calls, SMS, email, automations, funnels, website tools, and more—is included at no extra cost.
• Prepaid Wallet for Communication Usage
  Clients must fund a wallet to cover usage-based charges for:
  • Outbound calls
  • SMS and email communications
  • Phone number rental fees
  • Number/email validation
  • Toll-free verification and A2P campaigns (if applicable)

Refund Policy

ISA Service Fee ($150/month)

• Non-refundable under all circumstances.
• This fee covers access to our ISA team and the performance of outreach activities.
• We do not guarantee specific results such as lead conversions or appointments, as these depend on lead quality and engagement—factors outside of our control.

Wallet Balance (Refundable)

• Any unused balance in the wallet is fully refundable upon cancellation or termination of service.
• Clients must request a refund in writing, and the remaining wallet funds will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
• Wallet refunds apply only to unused funds. Any amount already used for calls, messages, or validations is non-refundable.

Lead Responsibility & Service Limitations

• Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for generating and uploading leads into the CRM.
• Engagement Disclaimer: If leads are unresponsive, unreachable, or uninterested, ISA REALTOR is not liable for a lack of productivity or conversions.
• Our role is to provide outreach services and tools, not to guarantee specific business outcomes.

Cancellation Policy

• Clients can cancel their subscription at any time.
• No refunds will be provided for the $150 ISA service fee once a billing cycle has begun.
• Upon cancellation, clients may request a refund of any remaining wallet balance.
